CROSSWORKOUT

In Crossworkout you train your Mobility, Weightlifting Technique, Cardiovascular Training and Gymnastics. The best training to improve your performance awaits you.

FIGHT & CONDITIONING

Learn Boxing and Kickboxing moves in a dynamic cardio class that will make you want and... fight for more.

CIRCUIT

Control your intensity. In the Circuit class, you'll pass through several training stations, where we'll put your endurance to the test. But calm down! Go at your own pace! We prefer that you be consistent, and that you do the entire workout at your own pace.. 

ABS & BOOTY

Strengthen and tone your legs, buttocks and abs.

In this class the main focus is the evolution of your lower limbs. Squat, squeeze, relax, and feel your pants getting tighter and tighter after every workout.

MOBILITY

At PRO X GYM you work on your mobility in two ways, with abdominal work or with stretching work. Extend your movements, prevent injuries, and speed up your recovery.

FUNCTIONAL WOD

In this Functional class you will actively use all the muscles in your body, ensuring the stability you need to improve each movement. Prepare yourself for any challenge in your day-to-day life.

WOD

In "Work Of The Day" we're going to use all the material available to help you get to the next level. Combine technique with your cardiovascular capacity and conquer all challenges. 

FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING

Functional Bodybuilding is a class where we prioritize the quality of movement. Train in a controlled way and increase your strength and technique.
